Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks remain in their protective shrink wrap.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for signs of use, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
